Performance characteristics:

Construction technology:
1. Grinding and cleaning: clean and clean the impurities such as dust and oil from the ground.
2, moistureproof primer: use SPR3333-L or SPR3336-L plus water wash broom or spray equipment to moisture-resistant emulsion evenly coated on the ground.
3, moistureproof middle coating: the SPR3333-L or SPR3336-L moistureproof emulsion is added on the spot to add about 4-5 times of material to be fully stirred. It can be constructed by trowel. Generally, two moistureproof coating should be made when moistureproof effect is achieved.
4. Grinding and cleaning: After 48 hours of moistureproof coating, the surface can be polished by a grinding machine and the dust can be cleaned up.
5. Medium Layer (SPR3333J): Scraping batch construction of medium layer on smooth and clean moisture-proof coating;
6, epoxy floor application: after the medium (about 5-6 hours) curing, epoxy floor can be applied.
Technical indicators:
1, waterproof emulsion is suitable for anti moisture, waterproof and uneven surface repair, increase the floor thickness of the site;
2. The ground needs to be clean, no oil pollution, no desertification, no clear water and no floating ash, which requires rigidity and smoothness. 3. Water seepage and seepage should not occur in the construction site, and rainproof measures should be taken in open-air operation.
